His love for music shined through at a very young age when he started collecting records as a passion. In his 20s, he began DJing house parties for fun. Through a lot of hard work and practice, he quickly began working in bars and clubs around Houston and has continued to do so for over 20 years. What’s unique about DJ Big John is that he is multi-faceted; not only is he a skilled DJ, but he is also a skilled Emcee. For the last 10 years, DJ Big John has been serving in the private event industry in Houston, Miami, Louisiana, and Vegas. He prides himself on his knowledge of many different genres of music.
